Most of our projects are inside climate-controlled facilities, so you're working year-round without weather shutdowns. Any outdoor work (which is minimal) is planned for warmer seasons.

Projects include polished concrete, epoxy coating systems, and self-levelling flooring — with work progressively expanding into floor coverings, wall coverings, and coatings. Every surface we touch is engineered for safety, durability, and long-term performance.

Hourly rate will depend on experience and level of the role, but from Installer to Foreman our range is - $35/hr to $50/hr + 4% vacation.

Day shifts range from 7 am to 5 pm, and afternoons range from 3 pm to midnight.

Strong project management software in use to clock in and know where you are going each week, to schedule upcoming projects, project instructions and data sheets (for consistency and no more lost paper trails).

About the Role:

During the interview process we will tailor the needs of the role to your experience as we are looking for an installer and a team lead at this time.

Preparing and repairing concrete surfaces: grinding, patching, shot blasting, and cleaning before installation.

Assisting with the installation of polished concrete, epoxy coatings, and self-levelling flooring systems on-site at commercial and industrial client locations.

Mixing, applying, and finishing materials to meet exact specifications and ensure top-quality results.

Setting up, operating, and maintaining tools and equipment (grinders, mixers, trowels, vacuums, etc.).

Working safely and efficiently within a small, tight-knit crew, following all safety procedures and site requirements.

Communicating with the team and site supervisors to keep projects on schedule and deliver the highest standard of workmanship.

What We Need From You:

You are an exceptional human; someone who takes pride in what you do, treats the company like it's your own, and understands that your attitude matters just as much as the quality of your work.

Have experience in flooring installation, preferred experience with polished concrete, epoxy coatings, or self-levelling systems. OR come from a trade or construction work with a passion to learn something new.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Comfortable working in industrial and commercial environments where safety, precision, and reliability are key.

Value teamwork, communication, and craftsmanship; you don't cut corners, and you take pride in a job well done.

Are self-motivated, punctual, and safety-conscious, with the flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.

Ability to get to job sites that range from Downtown Toronto and the GTA (parking paid for when applicable).
