We are seeking a high-energy, skilled, and motivated Graphic Designer & Press Operator to join our fast-paced production team. If you have print shop experience, strong design skills, and can thrive in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to meet you.

You will play a critical role in graphic design, pre-press, printing, and production across custom apparel and trade-show products (T-shirts, hoodies, hats, banners, tablecloths, and more).

Role Includes (not limited to):

Graphic Design, Proofing & Pre-Press

  • Create and prepare clean, accurate, print-ready files.
  • Strong ability in /Illustrator/Photoshop required*
  • Sending Proofs to customer for approval

Production & Press Operation

  • Operate DTF printer, heat-presses, and embroidery machine.
  • Maintain high-quality output with attention to detail.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shop Operations

  • Organize files, assist with emails/calls when needed, and communicate clearly with the team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams.
  • Manage inventory and help with pickups/deliveries.

What We're Looking For:

  • Print shop knowledge / printing experience (required)*
  • Strong graphic design skills.
  • Extroverted and confident communicator.
  • High attention to detail; perfection-driven.
  • Organized, efficient, and a fast learner.
  • Responsible, honest, and dependable.
  • Comfortable with hands-on production tasks when required

Interview Process:

  • 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on performance.
  • Conducted by 3 team members.
  • Includes a practical, on-site design and production test.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18–$22 per hour based on skills and experience.

Graphic design skills and print shop experience are non-negotiable for this role. If you are handy and comfortable with hands-on work, we can train you on all machines including DTF, heat press, and embroidery. A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.

Work Location:

In-person at our Vancouver facility.
