The impact you'll make:
As a Product Manager, eCommerce, reporting into the Senior Director, eCommerce, you will leverage digital data to create and deliver a roadmap that will enhance the online customer journey and digital performance. You will work to grow our digital channel by defining and delivering site innovation & functionality on to help achieve our business goals while providing unignorable experiences for our Community Members. You will lead our UX and technical team to continue to grow their careers and their impact. You will lead Saje website development, while ensuring our online product is best-in-class from a functionality, compliance and accessibility, and quality assurance perspective.
You are data-driven, obsessed with testing, constant improvement and driving results. You enjoy working cross functionally and feel comfortable presenting your work in front of technical and non-technical teams.

What you'll do:
- Lead the UX and technical development team to continue to improve our Community Member's digital journey for
- Define, build out, and deliver the eCommerce development roadmap.
- Oversee sprint planning, ensure effective QA and successful launch of new code and website features.
- Manage and maintain site functionality across native Shopify functionality, apps and vendor integrations.
- Support with maintenance and optimizations of eCommerce data and analytics solutions, including building and maintaining reports to support with analysis of business and site performance.
- Generate insights from eCommerce data and communicate updates on site performance, issues and opportunities.
- Leverage analytics to continuously recommend optimization tactics that will improve digital performance.
- Uncover user engagement trends: analyze user behaviour across digital channels to identify trends and unlock growth opportunities.
- Segment audiences based on behaviour: leverage datasets to define audience segments based on digital interactions to support targeted campaign strategies.
- Define and execute quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of analytical output, maintaining data platforms such as Google Analytics, Full Story, A/B Tasty.
- Champion data governance best practices, ensuring data accuracy, security, and ethical usage.
- Support the building and maintenance of our annual eCommerce platform budgets.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests as required (digital and cross-functional teams).
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner, specializing in eCommerce, Site Experience, or related.
- Experience with Shopify is preferred.
- Must have previous experience in a leadership role
- Experience working in a digital Business to Consumer (B2C) environment is critical
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision making.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Office Suite.
- Experience in goal setting and defining and monitoring KPI's related to customer website behaviour such as abandonment rates and add-to-carts.
- Ability to construct AB/multivariate testing from hypothesis to conclusion.
- Working experience presenting data and learnings to upper management in a concise way that gains stakeholder buy-in.
- Excellent time management skills. Highly planful, but agile and capable of deriving creative solutions.
- Data-driven, results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.
- Pro-active problem solving and critical thinking skills.

The compensation range on average for this position is from $100, ,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
