Nonna Lia is a fast-growing Italian dessert shop and cafe catered to savvy customers with a premium taste. Our dessert team continues to expand so we are looking to hire some extra help at our main kitchen in Oakwood Village (337 Oakwood Ave).

You responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of Nonna Lia's "staple" desserts, which include: Tiramisù, Semifreddo, Gelato Bars, and Cakes
- As required, support the production of one-time, seasonal, or special desserts (e.g. new tasting menu, desserts of the week)
- Collaborate closely with Head Pastry Chef, Kitchen Manager, and other kitchen staff, demonstrating a team-first mindset
- Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portioning in line with Company guidelines and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized work station following health and safety standards, and support with kitchen duties related to cleaning, tidying up, and organization
- Support with inventory storage, counting, and monitoring
- As needed, support with customer-related tasks such as fulfilling orders, packing deliveries, or fulfilling wholesale requests

Hours & Benefits
- 8 hour shifts, 40-44 hours / week

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,500.00 per year
