AI Hardware Digital Design Engineer Intern

This opportunity offers a rare opportunity to rotate across digital design, verification, firmware, software, and systems—supported by mentorship and real ownership of high-impact projects.
This role is on-site based in Toronto, Ontario.
Who You Are:
Comfortable with Verilog/VHDL and interested in computer architecture, ASIC design flow, and low-level systems.Skilled in C/C++ and scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Tcl.Curious about hardware/software co-design, machine learning, and performance optimization.A strong problem-solver who thrives on debugging and learning across the hardware/software stack.What We Need:
Implement RTL logic for Tenstorrent IP and SoCs in Verilog.Explore and model architectural ideas for new chip designs.Support IP verification with UVM, emulation, and FPGA prototyping.Write firmware and low-level software to bring hardware to life.What Will You Learn:
