Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Vancouver, BC. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, developing and maintaining production schedules, and ensuring adherence to production planning. This role entails managing production teams, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain Production Schedules and Planning
  • Strong Communication skills for effective team collaboration
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in food manufacturing or a related field is beneficial
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications and a bachelor's degree in a related field are a plus
