Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production & Operations Team Member to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on position that involves assembly, inspection, and precision work in a clean, organized, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble custom window coverings (roller shades, zebra shades, etc.) according to work orders.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship.
  • Perform detailed and repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines.
  • Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and manual dexterity for fine assembly work.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar production work is an asset (but not required — we provide training).
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
