Looking for full time positions for our client
in the recycling industry for 2 candidates.

310T mechanic- 2 positions

Timings? Is this for day or afternoon shifts? This will be for both shifts

Position 1: Days: 7:00 am to 3:30 Pm Monday – Friday

Position 2: Afternoon: Monday – Thursday: 2:30 Pm to 12:00 AM (Midnight) and Fridays 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

it will be 2 roles, one for the day shift and one for the afternoon shift. (People in the afternoon shift get to do a 12-9 on Friday's

Location: will be at 164 Fenmar Drive, North York

Top 3 skills? 3 years of experience is needed 2. Must have their own tools 3. All our trucks are Mack Roll off so experience with that will be needed 4. We work on PM Services and running repairs will be the main work

We need fully 310T license and have own tools OR tool allowance of 3.50 for mechanics on top hourly will be paid

Full time role with 3 weeks vacation and Benefits

Open to Incorporated contractors as well

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a new employee to join our Maintenance Team
.
In this role you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company trucks, trailers, cranes, skid steers and forklifts in order to assist in a safe and productive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain company trucks/trailers
  • Perform preventative maintenance and CVI inspections on trucks/trailers
  • Perform scheduled repairs on trucks/trailers
  • Ensure running repairs are performed on trucks/trailers as per pre/post inspections
  • Repair forklifts, skid steers and cranes where possible
  • Complete all required paperwork as per legislative requirements
  • Maintain inventory of parts and order as required
  • Support drivers and machine/equipment operators with technical knowledge

Qualifications

  • 310 Truck and Coach Technician Certification
  • Minimum 2- 3 years of previous experience
  • Strong English communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to perform in all types of weather
  • Ability to perform a physical demanding job
