We are looking for an experienced shipping and receiving dispatch clerk to ship and receive jobs, supplies, and equipment and maintain inventory control and records.

What you'll do

  • Receive and unload freight manually or with equipment (Forklift, pallet jack)
  • Check for damaged goods
  • Final QC on shipping out orders
  • Communicate with Production Daily
  • Verify the quantity of order
  • Wrap, package, and ship printed orders and supplies
  • Tags and issues supplies
  • Stock shelves and rotate inventory
  • Participate in physical inventory of warehouse
  • Maintain inventory records
  • Answer phones and provide tracking information
  • Should be knowledgeable in basic math and computer skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
