Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist in the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role requires effective team management, ensuring that all staff members deliver high-quality service while maintaining food safety and handling standards.

Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Implement and maintain food safety and handling standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Utilize POS systems, such as Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling
  • Train, interview, and develop staff members to enhance their skills in food service and hospitality
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to maintain cleanliness and organization

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on team management
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully
