Liquor and More at Glen Lake is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Unload pallets and restock shelves as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
  • Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Serving It Right certification.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls effectively.
  • Ability to conduct product demos confidently and communicate technical information when necessary.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
