Responsibilities:

Job Summary Working on the line processing meat for distribution. The right candidate will be trained in our plant and transferred to our retail store (hours subject to change, candidates should be available for Monday to Saturday shifts between 6am-6pm, to be discussed further with selected candidates for interview).

  • Using saws and knives
  • Cutting meats into standard cuts. Beef, Pork, lamb and Veal.
  • Deboning
  • Trimming

Work Conditions and Environment:

Preferred Abilities:

Industrial butcher/meat-cutter experience, but willing to train.

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION NOT ON BUS ROUTE AND BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN CANADA

Job Type: Full-time
