Qualifications:

University undergraduate degree in Human Resources or another discipline from an accredited institution with three years of progressive experience providing strategic advice to senior executive level management (EX group).

- At least three years of significant experience providing HR strategic advice to senior executive level management (EX group) on complex HR issues.

- Part of the consulting team and can serve as a backup to the project manager when contacted for consultations from the Executive Leadership Team.

- Knowledgeable in HR, staffing, classification, and organizational design.

- Proficient in benchmarking tools, search engines, and analytical reporting
.

Ensure the resource has Secret security clearance for on-site meetings, consultations, or interviews.
