Summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at WHR Excavating. This pivotal role will contribute to our mission by overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining safety standards across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate Vac Truck crews and jobs.
  • Supervise operators and drivers, ensuring safe, efficient work
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Oversee equipment inspections, maintenance and repairs.
  • Support training, hiring and crew development.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the construction or excavation industry.
  • Strong understanding of Vac Truck processes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mechanical knowledge of Vac Trucks.
  • Valid DZ license with clean driving record
