Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, and possess the skills necessary to ensure their safety, development, and happiness. This role requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about childcare and committed to creating a positive experience for both the children and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Provide personal care, including feeding, bathing, and dressing as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized play area.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
  • Administer first aid when necessary and ensure the health and safety of all children in care.
  • Assist with homework or educational tasks for older children.
  • Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or childcare settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and general caregiving practices.
  • Knowledge of first aid procedures is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and parents alike.
