We're growing our Modern Workplace Practice, a dedicated team of specialists focused on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and business process automation. We empower our clients to thrive in a cloud-first, AI-enabled world, and we're looking for a passionate leader to take it to the next level.

POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 professional to lead and grow our Digital Workplace Solutions practice. As the Manager, Digital Workplace Solutions, you'll define the strategy, delivery standards, and vision for how Convergence designs and implements Microsoft 365-based solutions that help clients modernize collaboration, communication, and productivity.

You'll play a key role in building our practice — combining hands-on expertise in SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Viva, and Microsoft Copilot with leadership skills that guide our consultants and delight our clients. This position is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and we welcome remote applicants across Canada who can collaborate effectively with our distributed team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and lead the Digital Workplace Solutions strategy in alignment with Convergence's business goals.
  • Design repeatable solution offerings and frameworks that accelerate client success with Microsoft 365.
  • Partner with Sales and Professional Services to define go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Solution Architecture & Delivery
  • Oversee architecture, design, and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions — including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Viva Suite.
  • Establish governance models, adoption plans, and best practices for lifecycle management and security.
  • Ensure consistent delivery excellence across all client engagements.
• Innovation & Evangelism
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in Microsoft 365, AI, and Copilot technologies.
  • Act as a thought leader, sharing insights through webinars, presentations, and client workshops.
  • Educate internal teams and clients on Microsoft's evolving capabilities, licensing models, and productivity tools.
• Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a growing team of M365 consultants and specialists.
  • Support certification paths and professional growth for team members.
  • Partner with leadership and recruitment to scale the Digital Workplace practice.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, digital workplace, or IT consulting services.
• Proven expertise with SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Viva Suite, and Power Platform governance.
• Experience leading solution delivery or managing a Microsoft 365 service line within a consulting or MSP environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, PL-200, MS-700, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience implementing AI or Copilot within Microsoft 365 is an asset.
