About the Role

We're looking for a full-stack motorcycle mechanic — someone who doesn't need supervision, small talk, or second chances. You'll work across everything from entry-level service to full rebuilds, electrical diagnostics, and performance setups.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on all makes and models — street, dirt, ATV, and side-by-side

• Complete full services, rebuilds, and pre-delivery inspections to factory specifications

• Manage workflow and maintain efficiency across multiple work orders

• Communicate clearly with service writers and sales staff

• Maintain an organized, spotless bay that meets Holeshot standards

• Record all work accurately in digital systems and service logs

Requirements

• Minimum two years of professional mechanical experience (dealership preferred)

• Red Seal endorsement or equivalent experience an asset but not required

• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Able to work independently — focused, efficient, and precise

• Attention to safety, detail, and accountability

• Valid motorcycle license and brand familiarity strongly encouraged
