Your work will drive strategicdecision-making by turning data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. This positionis ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys blending analytical depth withcommercial understanding — and wants to grow with a scaling SaaS business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain sales forecasts, revenue projections, and capacity models.Track sales and pipeline performance against targets and budgets.Maintain balance sheet and P&L; trackers for financial accuracy.Partner with leadership to model revenue and growth scenarios.Prepare concise board and investor financial summaries.Continuously improve forecasting and reporting processes.Qualifications5-7 years of experience in financial planning, FP&A, or sales operations, ideally withina SaaS or technology business.Strong proficiency in advanced Excel for financial modeling.Ability to translate financial models into easily digestible visuals.Knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, payback, and churn.Understanding of balance sheets and financial statements.Analytical thinker with attention to detail and clear communication skillsSelf-driven with the ability to work independently.Based in Ontario, Canada (remote work accepted).Time Commitment & CompensationStarting at 15–20 hours per month, with flexibility as needs evolve. Hourly rate: $70 per hourCompetitive, based on experience. Reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
