Hiring: Project Manager (HR Transformation)

I'm supporting a major organizational redesign within a People & HR function and looking for a
seasoned Project/Program Manager
who has led large-scale
HR, People, Talent
transformation.

Pay rate:
$ $66.71/hour (T4 only)

Location:
Toronto and Montreal (Onsite)

Duration:
7 months

What You'll Lead:


• Transformation portfolio governance, milestones, risks, KPIs, interdependencies


• Operating model evolution across COEs, PBPs & PPL teams


• Executive-level alignment with the CPO's Chief of Staff


• Delivery support: sprint planning, working sessions, retros, risk/issue management


• Integration of AI-enabled automation opportunities across workstreams


• Communication + change readiness planning for senior audiences

Must-Haves:


• 8+ years in Project/Program Management


• Strong HR / People / Talent transformation experience


• Proven ability to partner with senior executives


• Experience managing or working closely with consulting partners


• Strong structure, governance, and stakeholder management skills
