A large portion of our menu items are vegan. All meats are halal, non-medicated, and hormone free. Food and juices are made to order, on the spot.

Original recipes and ingredients have been passed down through several generations, and sincerely nurtured. While the cornerstones of the menu remain unchanged for over a century, many recipes have evolved through time and travel, into a beautiful balance of traditional and contemporary cuisine. Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Line Cook. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional food service. You will be responsible for various tasks related to food preparation procedures, and cooking, while adhering to food safety standards. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the food industry with a desire to contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment. The base pay is $19/hour plus tips.

Duties

  • Cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
  • Handle food items with care, ensuring proper storage and handling practices are observed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Experience

  • Previous experience as line cook is required.
  • Familiarity with cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment is required.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is essential.
