Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring various subjects, particularly in Math,coding and Science, and will be skilled in working with children, including those with special education needs. This role involves providing personalized educational support to help students achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to students' individual needs.
  • Develop customized lesson plans that align with students' learning objectives and curriculum requirements.
  • Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their understanding of subjects, mainly Math and Computer Science.
  • Assist students with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
  • Create a supportive and positive learning environment that fosters student growth and confidence.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Experience

  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in Math coding or Science, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and experience working with children who have diverse learning needs is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to students and parents.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and computer software to enhance the tutoring experience.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically.
