Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Demonstrate vehicles to customers and conduct test drives.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, vehicle inventory, and competitor offerings.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the dealership and customers.
  • Experience in upselling techniques is a plus.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
  • Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply as they can better serve our diverse clientele.
