Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. Duties

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, stocking, and order picking to ensure timely processing of goods
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
  • Manage warehouse management system in ERP for accurate inventory tracking and order processing
  • Oversee order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments according to customer specifications
  • Load and unload trucks safely while verifying shipment accuracy
  • Maintain organized storage areas by stocking products systematically and ensuring proper placement for easy retrieval
  • Support packaging processes for parts and large system orders
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse strategies and improve overall workflow efficiency
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, fire extinguishers, and adhering to safety protocols at all times
  • Assist in inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies for accurate stock levels

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations
  • Valid certification for forklift operation is preferred
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems
  • Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment verification
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stocking, picking & packing activities
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse machinery safely
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
