Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager with 4–6 years of industry experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on product management, and strong communication skills to align stakeholders and ensure successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog for assigned product lines.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements to inform product strategy.
- Conduct user research to understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure delivery.
- Champion agile and product management best practices, driving continuous improvement within teams.
- Communicate product vision, updates, and release plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and privacy requirements.
- Contribute to the development of user-centric experiences, driving innovation across product lines.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6 years of product management experience in a software or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and releases in agile teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product delivery best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog/requirements management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
Good-to-Have-Skills:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce technology domains.
- Exposure to user-centric design and innovation practices.

- Customer Success: Clear requirements captured, high customer satisfaction, successful client engagements.
- Product Delivery: Improved sprint velocity, timely feature releases, reduced requirement-related defects.
- Market Insights: Actionable competitive research, roadmap recommendations adopted by leadership.
