Duties

  • Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client preferences and offering professional advice on styles and products.
  • Engage in upselling retail products that complement the services provided, contributing to overall salon success.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and clean workspace.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in retail sales is preferred, with an ability to upsell products confidently.
