Surrey, British Columbia, Canada Safe Home Security Full time $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Our established security integration/connected tech company requires an independent, organized and motivated sales and marketing person to help us grow. With flexible operations based in Surrey and servicing the entire lower mainland we are willing to accommodate the right candidate. Hours (flexible) 9-5 or later 18 to 40 hrs weekly (would prefer FT but willing to consider PT or flex schedule)

Base salary + performance bonus, vehicle allowance, health benefits after 3 months. Target earnings first year $75k-90k progressing to 100k+ year 2.

Previous sales experience is not required but helpful. This is a great opportunity for an experienced outside salesperson, or someone looking to start their sales career.

****Must have or be able to obtain a BC Security worker license***

  • Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing clients marketing strategies

  • Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings including all aspects of low voltage, alarm, cctv, access control, commercial phone systems, automation and AV systems

  • Develop a sales plan for assigned territory to include segmenting territory based on customer type

  • Qualify and prioritize opportunities, and to maintain appropriate territory records. Must be able to allocate time effectively with the goal of meeting or exceeding quote requirements

  • Identifying, promoting and selling low voltage, home automation and security systems to residential customers, home builders, partners, small and medium businesses, commercial, and industrial facilities.
