We are looking for an experienced, highly personable, growth oriented individual to join our team. The candidate that will thrive in this role will be service oriented, a supportive team player with a strong commitment to excellence. What will you do?
- Support and serve clients while providing a highly personalized experience
- Manage and support the execution of our service plan
- Coordinate wealth planning services
- Manage and follow-through on wealth planning activities
- Assist with financial planning
- Liaise with clients, team members & business partners to find solutions and see things through to completion
- Help keep the team organized and manage the intricacies of our business
- Manage our new client onboarding process
- Support client education initiatives
- Support business development activities
- Coordinate and execute client appreciation & gifting

- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
