Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly. Manage a team of 20 plus staff in service, cooking and dishwashing. .

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a flair for creating exceptional dishes. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring high-quality food preparation. **Responsibilities:** - Develop innovative menus and create new recipes - Oversee kitchen staff and manage food preparation processes - Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and flavor - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards - Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control - Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions - Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the food industry - Strong knowledge of restaurant management, food preparation, and food service - Excellent understanding of hospitality principles - Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and execution - Familiarity with bartending, food safety standards, and cooking techniques - Creative flair for designing visually appealing dishes - Strong leadership and communication skills If you are a culinary professional with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, we invite you to apply for the position of Executive Chef.
