Are you a creative powerhouse who loves transforming products into captivating digital experiences? We're looking for a Marketing & Product Development Website Coordinator to help elevate our online presence and showcase our jewelry collections in fresh, visually stunning, and strategic ways.

What You'll Do

Website & Product Presentation

  • Upload, organize, and maintain product photos, descriptions, and collection pages
  • Participate in planning and creatively directing photoshoots
  • Ensure all products are beautifully presented, cohesive, and on-brand
  • Assist with layout enhancements and ongoing user-experience improvements

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Create compelling photo and video content—including Instagram Reels
  • Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms
  • Contribute to campaign concepts, storytelling themes, and launch plans for new product drops

Marketing Communications

  • Assist with promotional and marketing email creation
  • Support launch strategies, sales announcements, and seasonal campaigns

Creative & Organizational Support

  • Stay up-to-date with trends and bring forward fresh, thoughtful ideas
  • Support product development with mood boards, style guides, and visual storytelling
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries for quick and easy access
  • Bring enthusiasm to brainstorming sessions—able to take multiple ideas, break them down, and develop clear, actionable plans
  • Self-motivated and confident in your skills, yet always open to feedback and focused on positive collaboration

Who You Are

  • Tech-savvy with a strong eye for design, style, and detail
  • Experienced with social media, email marketing, and website management (Shopify experience is a major plus)
  • Organized, proactive, and energized by product-based branding
  • A visual storyteller who knows how to turn browsers into customers
  • Passionate about creativity, aesthetics, and making products shine online
