The Opportunity: Orchestrate End-to-End Product Execution
We're looking for a seasoned Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Program Director to lead the strategy and execution of our product delivery engine. This high-impact role will define and drive the processes that bring our products to life, ensuring alignment across product management, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll serve as the conductor of our product orchestra, turning strategy into action.
What You'll Drive
Cross-Functional Leadership
Build and scale repeatable, cross-functional PLM processes
Establish governance frameworks and decision-making structures that keep teams aligned
Break down silos to accelerate execution and accountability
Create clear documentation and standardized operating procedures
Program Execution & Strategy
Lead multiple high-impact programs simultaneously
Partner with product and engineering to align execution with roadmaps
Define and track success metrics, KPIs, and milestones
Build ROI models and business cases to support process innovation
Own change management and ensure adoption of new ways of working
Stakeholder Partnership
Act as the central point of coordination across product lifecycle teams
Facilitate strategic forums, planning sessions, and governance reviews
Translate business needs into actionable systems and process improvements
Keep executive leadership informed on risks, blockers, and execution progress
What You'll Bring to the Table
Deep experience in product management and engineering environments with a solid understanding of how products come to market
5+ years leading large-scale PLM or product operations programs
Proven ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs with $5M+ budgets
Deep expertise in product lifecycle frameworks and cross-functional execution
A track record of influencing without authority and aligning diverse teams
Strong project management skills (PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations (Master's preferred)
