Sales Representative (Inside & Outside Sales – Commission Only | Interior & Exterior Construction Projects)

Job Summary

We're a construction and remodeling company specializing in interior and exterior renovations — from kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and home additions to decks, patios, and full outdoor living spaces.

This is an inside and outside sales position — you'll meet clients in person, handle follow-ups, and help manage deals from lead to close. It's a commission-only role with no earning cap — you get paid for what you bring in. If you've got experience in sales, remodelling, or home improvement, this is a great opportunity to make solid money doing honest work.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inside and outside sales — meeting clients, following up, and managing relationships
  • Discuss interior and exterior renovation projects with homeowners
  • Explain services, review designs, and guide clients through pricing and options
  • Provide estimates, close deals, and coordinate with the crew to ensure client satisfaction

  • Reliable, confident, and good with people
  • Experience in sales or construction is a plus (but we'll train the right person)
  • Self-motivated and organized — you manage your own schedule
  • Honest, goal-driven, and not afraid to hustle

Commission Structure

This is a commission-only position — you earn based on the jobs you bring in.

All commissions are calculated on the project value before tax (pre-tax amount).

$20,001 – $50,000 (6%)

$50,001 – $100,000 (7%)

$100,001+ Capped or Blended Model (see below)

Capped or Blended Model (for projects $100K–$250K+)

For large contracts, we use a blended structure to keep commissions fair and rewarding:

  • 5% commission, capped at $10,000
  • +2% of profit if the project margin exceeds 25%
  • +1% customer satisfaction bonus, based on client reviews or repeat business

  • Company-provided leads may pay 1–2% less
  • Commissions are paid once the client signs and the deposit is received
  • No cap on total earnings — the more you sell, the more you make

Bonus System

We reward strong performers with extra incentives:

  • $500 monthly bonus for hitting $100K in total sales
  • +2% commission for repeat clients
  • $200 referral bonus for each new signed project referred by your client
