MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the initial setup and organization of the new store (product identification, labeling, numbering, and location mapping).
  • Develop and maintain a clear, efficient inventory structure.
  • Receive incoming goods and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Label and store items according to company standards.
  • Update and maintain inventory records in the management system.
  • Prepare materials and parts for production or internal departments.
  • Monitor stock levels and report restocking needs.
  • Keep the storage area clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless operations.
