What You'll Do

Line Cooks:

  • Prep and cook menu items with consistency and care
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
  • Follow proper food safety and handling protocols
  • Support the team during high-volume rushes
  • Take pride in the details—every plate, every time
  • Engage in a positive, energetic kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ year of kitchen experience (BBQ or scratch cooking is a bonus)
  • A strong work ethic and a love for culinary craftsmanship
  • Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
  • Team-first attitude and great communication skills
  • Food Handler Certification (or willing to obtain)
