Product & Pricing

  • Support product management and pricing decisions across Residential Mortgages.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market rates; recommend pricing actions to remain competitive and profitable.

  • Assist in evaluating and executing securitization opportunities in partnership with treasury/finance.

Technology & Process

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of our loan operating system (LOS).

  • Translate business needs into requirements and work with IT/vendors on development and rollout.

  • Identify and drive enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Marketing & Growth

  • Partner with marketing to design and execute digital campaigns for mortgage acquisition and renewals.

  • Track campaign performance and conversion metrics; recommend improvements.

  • Contribute to initiatives targeting newcomer and Indo-Canadian segments.

Data & Insights

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for mortgage volumes, yields, renewals, and delinquencies.

  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover portfolio trends and opportunities.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management with clarity and precision.

Strategic Projects

  • Support growth initiatives such as broker channel re-launch and cross-sell strategies.

  • Research competitor and regulatory trends; provide input into strategic decision-making.

  • Act as a key link across product, operations, technology, and marketing teams.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
