Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on
Mechanical Technician
to join our team in a dynamic industrial environment focused on aerospace surface treatment processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support process design, equipment setup, and maintenance activities. Training in aerospace surface treatment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical tasks including welding, drilling/tapping, and machine setup/configuration.
  • Build and maintain custom fixtures used in surface finishing and peening applications.
  • Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of surface treatment and automation equipment.
  • Read, interpret, and work from engineering blueprints and technical drawings.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of mechanical or industrial experience required.
  • Strong mechanical problem-solving and fabrication skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic understanding of automation systems.

Schedule & Benefits:

  • 3-month probationary period
