Key Job Responsibilities:
Detailed leader that is up to the challenge of managing an entire working capital team in a busy corporate environmentComfortable working with internal and external auditors for inventory and accounts payable requestsComfortable with a quarter end review cycle, connecting with external auditors, understanding the Sarbanes Oxley compliance analysis and documentation processHave actively participated in the month/quarter/year-end closing process in the past, flexing your time and work to meet the needs of the businessPrevious experience in monthly inventory reconciliation and the inventory gross profit adjustment processExperience in monthly inventory reports of transactions, ensuring that gross profit and inventory are accurately reflected in financial statements Responsible for leading the Accounts Payable and Financial Inventory TeamsUnderstand the need to be an effective communicator, building and maintaining strong vendor relationshipsNatural leader who has managed a team in the past, supporting and coaching others to meet and exceed performance and quality standards Have organized work processes, methods, and procedures in the past, identifying and implementing improvements/efficiencies where appropriateLocation:

Salary Range:

Requirements:
You have a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related discipline (CPA is an asset) You have at least five years of experience in Finance/Accounting Three years' in a finance management role overseeing teams. You have a proven track record in managing accounts payable and financial inventoryUnderstanding how to work within a matrixed, corporate environment. You have strong interpersonal skills, with strong quantitative abilities to match, comfortable with all accounting technology. You have high attention to details with strong organizational skills, functioning well within a customer centric environment. You are an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
