Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems. This role bridges business and technical teams to enhance financial crime detection and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and technology teams to define AML system requirements.

  • Conduct detailed data analysis, profiling, and cleansing using SQL.

  • Design and support ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple systems.

  • Enhance AML monitoring systems (Actimize, SAS AML, Oracle FCCM).

  • Support CDD, EDD, and KYC processes and data integrity for AML operations.

  • Create dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) to track AML metrics.

  • Document system functionalities, data models, and business workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in AML-focused Business Systems Analysis.

Strong SQL and ETL design experience, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks (BSA, FATF, FinCEN).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $45.00 per hour
