Hands On

  • 8–10+ years of experience in backend software development
  • Advanced proficiency in Python with strong development and debugging skills
  • Deep understanding of SQL and relational databases (preferably MySQL)
  • Experience with system design and architecture
  • Expertise in building RESTful APIs
  • Solid knowledge of distributed systems and microservices

Knowledge of

  • Experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers
  • Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployment
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Understanding of *Unix/nix environments
  • Experience integrating with Payroll or Time & Attendance systems
  • Experience with Git/GitHub for version control

Experience:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in backend software development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Strong understanding of core software engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
