Job Description: The Blown-In Insulation Foreperson is responsible for the preparation and installation of loose-fill (blown-in) insulation in residential and/or commercial buildings. This role involves operating insulation equipment, handling materials safely, and ensuring high-quality, efficient installations that meet company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, materials, and safety measures.
• Load, operate, and maintain blown-in insulation machines and hoses.
• Install insulation in attics, walls, and other designated areas according to project specifications.
• Ensure proper coverage, depth, and consistency of insulation materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols, company procedures, and customer service standards.
• Daily and weekly reporting as required.
• Assist team members with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction, insulation, or general labour experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insulation materials, methods, and industry standards considered an asset.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, and varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and communication skills are a must

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
