Flaman Fitness in Edmonton, AB has an exciting opportunity for you We currently have an opening for a Delivery/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This individual must be energetic, motivated and ambitious.

Primary Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Provide top quality products and services to our customers
- Maintain good communication with supervisor and manager
- Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff, vendors and customers
- Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures, and protocols
- Keep an up-to-date basic knowledge of inventory
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Move equipment/products safely and securely into customer locations and around the warehouse (heavy lifting)
- Ensure all products delivered, loaded or unloaded accurately matches with the paperwork
- Assemble fitness equipment
- Assist with shipping and receiving of goods, including shipment of web orders
- Unloading containers
- Pulling orders for stores and customers
- Obey all road rules and traffic legislation
- Keep an accurate and up to date logbook
- Inform your Supervisor and/or Manager of damages to equipment or property
- Other duties may be required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Recognize the importance of establishing relationships with customers and providing a great customer experience
- Team player with a positive "can do" attitude
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Competent with computers
- Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to safely push, pull or carry heavy products, occasionally over 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely lift heavy products as a team - over 100 lbs
- Forklift certificate (considered an asset)
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Weekend Availability
- Prior warehouse experience is an asset but not required
- Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Valid Driver's License, Clean Drivers Abstract and Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required
- Have a sense of humor
