Tahinis is a fast-growing, multi-location restaurant group with a bold vision and a loyal fanbase. As we expand our franchising operations, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who can amplify our brand voice, engage our community, and drive strategic growth across digital platforms.

Role Overview

As Social Media Manager, you'll be the digital heartbeat of Tahinis. Crafting compelling content, building brand affinity, and supporting franchise development through targeted campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure our online presence reflects our values, culture, and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Create engaging content that showcases our food, culture, team, and franchise opportunities
  • Monitor analytics and optimize performance across channels
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community trust
  • Support franchise marketing initiatives, including lead generation and brand storytelling
  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality visuals
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with promotions, events, and launches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and operational alignment

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in food, hospitality, or franchising
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic mindset with a creative flair and attention to detail
  • Bonus: Familiarity with franchise marketing, or video editing
