About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in person at our Peace River location. In this role, you'll be the heart of our sales efforts — helping manage group bookings, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring that every guest experience is seamless from start to finish.
You'll work closely with the General Manager and regional team to support business development, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day sales operations. If you enjoy organization, communication, and hospitality, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in hotel sales.
What You'll Do
- Support the sales team with group, corporate, and long-term bookings.
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and sales reports accurately.
- Maintain positive client relationships through excellent communication.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of group stays and events.
- Assist with marketing activities, promotions, and community outreach.
- Keep sales data, client records, and documentation organized and up to date.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen client loyalty and drive occupancy.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales (hotel experience an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Professional appearance and positive, team-focused attitude.
- Must be available for on-site, full-time work in Peace River, AB.
