Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty and skincare services to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing various treatments while maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment. Your expertise in skincare and beauty will help enhance the overall experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Deliver a range of aesthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions( may train), and nail care.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and techniques to provide clients with the best service possible.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in aesthetic services.
  • Proficiency in body waxing including Brazilian waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions ( may train) and nail care techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional guest services.

Pay: From $17.98 per hour
