Calgary, Alberta, Canada Tarora Rejuvenation and Wellness Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Tarora Rejuvenation and Wellness is currently seeking an experienced Registered Psychologist with a strong background in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) rehabilitation to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You'll work in a collaborative environment alongside an on-site lawyer, physiotherapists, nurses, and dedicated support staff — all committed to delivering integrated, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other MVA-related psychological conditions.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to support emotional and functional recovery post-accident.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, legal representatives, case managers, and insurers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated treatment approach.
  • Complete psychological reports, treatment plans, and documentation required for insurance and legal processes (e.g., AB forms, progress reports).
  • Support clients through psychoeducation, coping strategies, and return-to-function goals.
  • Contribute to a positive, trauma-informed, and team-based therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

  • Registered Psychologist in Alberta and in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with a strong focus on MVA-related mental health conditions.
  • Familiarity with MVA insurance processes, psychological assessments, and report writing for legal and insurance purposes.
  • Proven experience with trauma-focused approaches (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punjabi and/or Hindi language skills are considered an asset.
  • Compassionate, ethical, and collaborative approach to care.
