Are you a charismatic hospitality pro who thrives in a dynamic restaurant setting? Masti's is searching for a versatile Front of House Team Member to be the face of our restaurant, seamlessly blending the roles of Host, Server, and Bartender to craft an exceptional experience for every guest.

You Are:

  • A natural people-person with an outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Experienced, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced customer-facing role.
  • Responsible, holding a current and valid Smart Serve certification.
  • A collaborative teammate who is meticulous and excels at juggling multiple priorities.
  • Eligible to work in Canada and at least 18 years of age.
  • Familiar with Indian Cuisine.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion the Guest Experience: From the moment they arrive, you will be our guests' primary guide. This includes offering a genuine welcome, managing reservations and wait times efficiently, and ensuring a smooth transition to their table. You'll build rapport, act as an expert on our menu, and provide a memorable farewell that invites them back.
  • Master Service & Bar Operations: You will expertly handle all aspects of service, from taking orders accurately on our POS system to preparing and serving a full range of beverages. Responsibilities include full bar preparation, managing inventory, changing kegs, and efficiently handling our take-out service.
  • Cultivate a Thriving Atmosphere: Working in sync with the entire Masti's team, you will help maintain our high standards for cleanliness and sanitation. You'll contribute to a positive, energetic environment where the guest and team are always the priority, and be ready to assist with other duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Physical Demands of the Role:

  • This position requires the ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the restaurant for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours.
  • You must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and safely lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
