Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their stay
- Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out
- Escort guests to rooms, explain room features, and offer resort information
- Maintain the lobby, entrance area, and bell desk to ensure a clean and inviting environment
- Coordinate transportation requests, including taxis, shuttles, or valet services
- Deliver packages, amenities, and messages to guest rooms in a timely manner
- Support the front desk team with guest inquiries and special requests
- Handle luggage storage, tagging, and organization with care
- Uphold safety, security, and privacy standards at all times
- Represent CEM Resorts with professionalism, courtesy, and a service-first attitude
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving luggage
- Ability to stay calm, positive, and helpful in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Toronto attractions and transportation options is an asset
