We're seeking a Lead Software Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical initiatives, and ensure high standards in performance, quality, security, and reliability.

What The Role Offers
As a Lead Software Developer, you will:

• Drive CI/CD automation and operational excellence.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security across the stack.
• Design and develop scalable web applications and services.
• Build robust APIs and integration with cloud and data platforms.
• Lead solution architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
• Mentor team members and contribute to high-quality delivery in Agile environments.

What You Need To Succeed

• Possess 8-12 years of previous professional product development experience.
• CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible; solid grasp of branching strategies, pipelines, and test automation.
• Backend/Frameworks: Java, Spring MVC

• Databases:

• Relational: PostgreSQL

• Analytical/Columnar/NoSQL: Elasticsearch, Solr

• Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure; container orchestration (AKS, EKS, GKE); SaaS/PaaS experience.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, REST, SOAP, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with security, observability, and performance tuning.
• Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform (or similar Infrastructure as Code tools)
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication.
• Ownership mindset and bias for delivering customer value.
