We're seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager Web & Digital to lead the coordination and delivery of digital projects that elevate our website and online customer experience. In this role, you'll oversee the launch of new products, manage site updates and enhancements, and partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.

This is a hands-on position where you'll keep projects on track, maintain high quality standards, and continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows and outcomes. It's a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in digital project management who is ready to take ownership of impactful initiatives.

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and deliver website initiatives from kickoff through launch, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Website Management: Maintain overall site health, including content updates, navigation improvements, and general site performance monitoring.
• Product Launches: Lead the digital rollout of new products, ensuring content accuracy, proper functionality, and timely go-live.
• Website Enhancements & UX Improvements: Implement site updates, new features, and user experience improvements in collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, developers, and external agencies/vendors.
• Execution & QA: Support requirements gathering, coordinate testing, and oversee smooth deployment of website changes and tools.
• Project Planning & Tracking: Develop timelines, update project trackers, and provide clear communication to stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Content Oversight: Ensure product information, creative assets, and site copy are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Reporting & Optimization: Track project outcomes and website KPIs, providing recommendations to improve site performance and user experience.

• 4+ years of experience managing website or digital projects.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Teamwork.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
