About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Head Chef / Kitchen Lead to guide our growing culinary team and help shape the next chapter of our business. This is one of the most pivotal positions in our company — a chance to bring your vision and leadership to a thriving, expanding brand.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations for retail and catering production.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus for both the storefront and catering divisions.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage and mentor a small, dedicated kitchen team.
- Oversee production scheduling, inventory, and food cost management.
- Contribute ideas for new products, packaging, and retail innovation.
- Collaborate directly with ownership to plan menus for special events and growth initiatives.
Who You Are
- A creative, hands-on chef with at least 5–10 years of experience in high-volume or catering environments.
- A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative kitchen.
- Passionate about local, seasonal ingredients and scratch cooking.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to efficiency and quality.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication, and reliability are musts.
