Yogen Früz
, we're building the next generation of frozen yogurt and ice cream from scratch, at the molecular level, and scaling it nationally across both
in-store and supermarket
channels. With brands including
Yogen Früz, Pinkberry, Sweet Jesus, Swensen's, Yogurty's & Yeh Yogurt
, this role sits at the heart of our innovation engine.

We're looking for a
hands-on Frozen Dessert Product Developer / Food Scientist
who can take products from
blank-sheet formulation → R&D → pilot → full commercial production
.

What You'll Own

  • Formulate
    frozen yogurt & ice cream bases from scratch
  • Lead
    R&D experimentation
    on stabilizers, proteins, sugar systems & texture
  • Engineer
    overrun, melt rate & freeze-thaw stability
    for soft-serve & hard-pack
  • Scale products from
    bench to factory
    with co-manufacturers
  • Lead
    shelf-life testing & frozen stability validation
  • Support
    nutrition labeling & regulatory compliance (CFIA/FDA)
  • Formulate to
    target COGS
    for QSR + retail CPG
  • Partner with
    Ops, QA, Supply Chain & Marketing
    on national launches

You're a Fit If You Have:

  • Degree in
    Food Science / Dairy Science / Food Engineering
  • 5–10+ years in frozen dessert or ice cream product development
  • Proven skill
    building frozen bases from scratch
    (not flavor-only work)
  • Deep experience with
    stabilizers, emulsifiers, overrun & freeze-point control
  • Real
    commercial scale-up & co-manufacturer experience
  • Strong understanding of
    better-for-you / high-protein frozen systems
  • Data-driven, highly analytical, and commercially minded
